Privacy Policy
Effective November 2, 2026
This policy explains how Bonneville Works, LLC (“we” or “us”) handles personal information collected through bonnevilleworks.com, our contact form, our consultation scheduling, and our phone and browser voice calls.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us and limited technical information:
- Contact and consultation requests: your name, business, phone number or email, and anything you write in our form.
- Scheduling: the details you provide when booking a consultation, such as your name, phone number, email, time zone, and what you would like to discuss.
- Calls to our phone line: our line, (385) 999-8231, is answered by an AI receptionist. Calls are recorded and transcribed, and we keep the audio, the transcript, your phone number, and a summary of the call.
- Browser voice calls: with your microphone permission, we process and retain call audio, transcripts, and summaries through our voice-service provider. Your phone number is collected only if you provide it.
- Technical information: our hosting and security providers process information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages requested in order to deliver and protect the site.
How we use information
We use this information to:
- Respond to you, schedule and hold consultations, and provide services you request
- Send appointment confirmations and other messages related to your request
- Operate, secure, test, and improve our website, phone line, and services
- Keep business records and meet legal obligations
Call recording
Our phone and browser calls are answered by AI, recorded, and transcribed. Browser calling asks for microphone access and sends your voice to our voice-service provider to process the conversation and generate spoken replies. You can end a browser call with End call or by closing the call panel. By continuing a phone call or starting a browser call, you consent to recording and transcription as described in this policy. If you do not consent, please email us at [email protected] instead.
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages, we or our scheduling provider may send you messages about your appointment or request. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by emailing us. We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with service providers that help us run the business, and as required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business. Our current providers include:
- Cloudflare, for website delivery and security
- Formspree, for contact form delivery
- Calendly and Google, for scheduling and calendars
- Our voice-service provider, for the AI receptionist and browser voice calls, and telephone carriers for phone calls
- Google Ads, for advertising measurement and conversion tracking
- Google Fonts, which provides the fonts this site loads from Google servers
Cookies
We use the Google tag for Google Ads to measure advertising performance and conversions. Google may use cookies and process information such as your IP address, browser and device information, page visits, and ad interactions. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services and manage your ad preferences at My Ad Center. Our security provider may set technical cookies, and third-party sites we link to, such as Calendly, have their own cookie practices.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as it is useful for the purposes above or as required by law. Call recordings and transcripts are kept for up to 90 days, unless we need them longer for legal reasons or you ask us to delete them sooner.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. We may need to verify your request and may keep information we are legally required to retain.
Sensitive information
Please do not share health information, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive details through our form or phone line.
Information handled for our clients
When we build or operate a service for a client, we may process information about that client’s customers on the client’s behalf. In that case, the client’s own privacy policy applies, and questions should go to that business first.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and change the effective date above.
