These terms apply to your use of bonnevilleworks.com and our phone line, operated by Bonneville Works, LLC (“we” or “us”). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Using this site

You may use this site and our phone line for lawful purposes, including learning about our services and contacting us. You agree not to:

• Disrupt, overload, probe, or try to gain unauthorized access to the site, phone line, or related systems
• Use automated means to call our phone line or scrape the site
• Submit false, unlawful, or harmful information, or impersonate anyone

Our services

Information on this site is general and may change. Nothing here is an offer that binds us. Any paid work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Bonneville Works, LLC, covering matters such as scope, price, and term. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls. Consultations are free and do not obligate either of us to work together.

Estimates and examples

Calculators, sample calls, sample workflows, timelines, and statistics are illustrations only. They depend on assumptions and are not promises or guarantees of revenue, savings, results, or delivery dates. Businesses, people, and phone numbers in samples are fictional.

AI features

Our phone line and browser calling use artificial intelligence, which can make mistakes. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and confirm anything important with us in writing. They are not emergency services. In an emergency, call 911. Your use of phone or browser calling is also subject to our Privacy Policy, including its section on call recording.

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or email us for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual property

This site and its content, including text, design, logos, and graphics, belong to Bonneville Works, LLC or its licensors. You may view the site for your own business evaluation but may not copy or reuse its content without our written permission. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you. Other product names on this site belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.

This site links to or relies on third-party services, such as Calendly. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BONNEVILLE WORKS, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PHONE LINE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THEM WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bonneville Works, LLC from claims and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the site or phone line or your violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

General

We may suspend or end access to the site or phone line at any time. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and change the effective date above. Continuing to use the site or phone line means you accept the updated terms.
